**THIS POSITION IS INCUMBENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Longeviti LLC is searching for an experienced Supply Technician to support the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO), Army National Guard Bureau (ARNG), Minnesota National Guard, Camp Ripley near Little Falls, MN.

DESCRIPTION:

The National Guard Bureau Minnesota Medical Material Warehouse (M3W) is actively engaged in support of national level medical logistics functions, including rapid response of required materials during domestic operations and preparation for mobilized units for the National Guard under the direct of the NGB Surgeon Cell.

The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Minnesota Medical Material Warehouse (M3W) plays a vital role in supporting national-level Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) functions. This includes distribution, recovery and revitalization of medical supplies and equipment, and rapid response of material requirements during domestic operations. M3W is responsible for preparing units with Class VIII materials for the National Guard under the direction of the NGB.

This person will perform limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local or other supply activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General



  • Perform disassembly, recovery and classification of medical equipment sets.
  • Perform medical equipment set revitalization and Sets Kits & Outfits (SKO) builds in accordance with Army Medical Logistics Command Bill of Material designations.
  • Perform storage and management, equipment coordination, supply management, and provide updates and recommendations to the M3W Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain MEDLOG property application ensuring accurate record keeping and effective inventory management.
  • Input requisition data for consumable and non-consumable supplies into the Automated MEDLOG Application / Stock Record Account.
  • Utilize the Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) with proficiency to enable real-time inventory and equipment management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the medical logistics operation.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including general and detailed cleaning, as well as loading dock maintenance (i.e. sweeping, mopping, floor cleaner, snow removal).


Inventory Management



  • Monitor and execute shipping and receiving of items in accordance with published regulations, doctrine, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all incoming receipts and out-going shipping documents are accurately filed in accordance with Army record information publications.
  • Conduct regular and cyclic inventory audits and reconciliations, maintaining accountable balances.
  • Identify excess and process requests, turn-ins and receipts through the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO).
  • Ensure accurate data entry of inventory records and reconcile inventory results against automated systems of record. Research errors or irregularities, provide recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Track the receipt of consumable supplies ordered through Prime Vendor and ensure supplies are dispersed to appropriate ordering entities.
  • Accept and inspect incoming medical supplies and equipment within 24 hours of receipt verifying quantities and quality against shipping documents and records.
  • Organize and store medical supplies in accordance with established protocols to ensure accessibility and compliance.
  • Utilize Automated MEDLOG Application / Stock Record Account or GCSS-A to manage pick lists and generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and logistical metrics as required.
  • Prepare and process orders for distribution to customers, ensure medical supplies are properly packaged, shipped and account for in fulfillment of Material Release Orders (MROs).


Medical Equipment Set (MES) Decision Support Tool (DST)



  • Utilize DST to assess the proper utilization and disposition of medical items deemed excess within the Army National Guard and provide disposition instructions to the owning entity.
  • Use the DST system to provide both the losing and gaining units with clear directives for cross-leveling equipment that is still deemed suitable for use within the Army National Guard.
  • Utilize the Automated Deployable Equipment Pass-back Tool (ADEPT) to search for and track deployment and Combat Readiness Force (CRF) item requests.
  • Review and classify Class VIII items as either concur or non-concur during the Enhanced Validation Review Board (EVRB) process, which will subsequently generate DST requests.
  • Assist in vetting process for the National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) distribution.
  • Process turn-ins from the Master Divestiture List (MDL) as required to ensure proper inventory management and compliance with Army Logistics procedures.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:



  • Medical and/or military supply management experience.
  • Experience in technical supply management including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
  • Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
  • Broad understanding of the needs of the organization serviced.
  • Ability to analyze, define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • English language proficiency including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Able to safely lift, move and/or carry 50 pounds safely without injury to self or others.


DESIRED EXPERIENCE:



  • Forklift operation

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associate's degree or higher is desired


SALARY:



  • The current rate for this position is $30.64/hr + Health & Welfare benefits. Note that this position, as advertised, is tied to the Department of Labor's Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS, formerly SCA) and subject to fluctuations as determined by the Dept. of Labor.
