JOB SUMMARY The Facility Service Coordinator will be responsible for the on-site coordination of McKenney's Construction, Controls, Plumbing Service, HVAC Service, Estimating, and Engineering efforts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and ensure that all work onsite is executed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The Facility Service Coordinator will promote teamwork across departments, foster strong communication, embrace technology to improve processes, and provide leadership and ownership through example. This is a full-time, onsite supervisory role requiring availability for overtime and participation in the on-call rotation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as the first point of contact for customer needs, concerns, and requests. * Supervise, lead, and coordinate McKenney's teams onsite across Construction, Controls, Plumbing Service, HVAC Service, Estimating, and Engineering. * Lead with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Experience (SQPC). * Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards. * Facilitate communication between departments, field teams, subcontractors, and customer representatives. * Provide scheduling, planning, and logistical support for onsite activities. * Support field leaders and technicians through problem-solving, coaching, and mentorship. * Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate to appropriate managers as needed. * Participate in and lead site meetings with customers and McKenney's teams. * Support project bids, planning sessions, and execution. * Promote McKenney's culture, values, and customer-first approach. * Be available for after-hours, overtime, and on-call responsibilities. * Develop and maintain a strong field, with a sense of pride, ownership, and accountability. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience * 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or mechanical services. * 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience. * HS Diploma or GED. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships. * Team-oriented leader who can coordinate across departments effectively. * Comfortable with technology and able to implement tools that improve efficiency. * Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities. * Ability to problem-solve onsite issues quickly and effectively. * Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. * Professional image and work ethic that inspires confidence in both customers and employees. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * Experience coordinating multiple trades or service departments onsite. * OSHA 30 certification. * Experience working in critical environments. (ex. Healthcare, Data Centers) * Experience with building automation, HVAC, plumbing systems, or construction project management. * Proficiency with business technology (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, smartsheet, scheduling software, mobile field technology). * Meet Site specific requirement such as background checks or vaccinations. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS * Work involves moderate exposure to elements, such as hot/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, and loud noise. * May involve exposure to construction-related hazards requiring adherence to safety precautions. * Requires moderate physical effort, handling objects up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing and walking. * Local travel between job sites and customer facilities as needed.
