To thrive as a Sr. Product Specialist, it is crucial to bring a strategic approach, strong curiosity, and the ability to translate insights into action! In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, Market Research, and interdepartmental groups to help develop product strategy. You will support new product development and improve brand differentiation. We work together to analyze competitive landscapes, develop roadmap plans, monitor product quality, and deliver insights that guide smarter business decisions. Your passion for innovation and your ability to connect end-user needs with product opportunities will help us build stronger, more impactful product lines! Every day you will support product launches, analyze research and performance data, collaborate with marketing teams on commercialization, and partner with R&D/Quality to help maintain outstanding product quality across key categories. You'll support category reviews, create dashboards and analytics, and work with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, the Color Lab, and more to bring projects to life and move them across the finish line.
