Transformation Associate Director Strategic Development Full Time 88121BR Job Summary Our Transformation Associate Director is an integral member of UCSF Health's Office of Transformation, supporting the design, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and operational initiatives. Working closely with the VP of Transformation and Principals and Directors, the Associate Director contributes to high-impact projects that enhance access, efficiency, and quality across UCSF Health. This role blends strategic analysis and advisement, structured project management, and collaborative problem-solving. Under the direction of the VP or Principal, the Associate Director independently leads initiatives or workstreams within larger transformation programs, translating strategic objectives into concrete plans and measurable results. Serving as a trusted partner and adviser to operational leaders, the Associate Director brings curiosity, structure, and follow-through to complex organizational challenges, ensuring stakeholder alignment and sustained progress. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The annual salary is $113,00 to $282,800 and the min. target entry point is $155,382+, depending on applicable experience.
