Job Title: Supply Chain Project Leader Your Job Molex is seeking a Supply Chain Project Leader to help shape the future of our global supply chain organization. In this high-impact role, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize planning systems, standardize execution processes, and elevate data-driven decision-making across a complex global manufacturing network. You will partner directly with plant leaders, business unit stakeholders, and senior supply chain leadership to design scalable solutions that improve performance, increase visibility, and enable profitable growth. Our Team The Molex Supply Excellence (SupEx) team serves as a global center of capability for supply chain transformation, partnering across business units and regions to elevate end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and digital enablement. Our work spans manufacturing sites, planning organizations, and enterprise systems, driving alignment and performance across supply chain teams worldwide. We are building the future state of supply chain at Molex, modernizing capabilities, advancing digital solutions, and elevating performance to the next level. For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
