Description Job Description Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour. The Base Level 2 is responsible for working on a line where fat is removed from skin and roasts are bagged and packaged for shipping. Bags are either cased or loaded onto racks at the end of this line operation. Qualifications Must be able to stand for long periods. Must wear required PPE for work area. Must be able to work in a wet environment. Must be able to tolerate repetitive hand and arm motions. Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
