General Summary: This leadership role is responsible for leading one or more portfolios within the IT global business services team. The Initiative Portfolio Manager (IPM) will work closely with business leadership, acting as a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development, and process improvement. The IPM will create a portfolio roadmap of improvement efforts that deliver significant value and manage the successful execution of approved projects. This role involves articulating portfolio goals, prioritizing projects, and regularly reporting progress and status to both business and leadership teams. Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct/Indirect management of 1-10 project managers and/or business system analysts, and indirect responsibility for other IT team members on a matrix basis, managing multi-disciplined and cross-functional project teams. Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range (annual) : $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
