As a Senior HRBP for Tennant's North America Sales and Service Business Unit (NABU), you will support our North America Service Business. In this hybrid role, you will support North American-based employees and leadership teams by providing guidance and counsel on employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance. This role will closely partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistent coverage and support across NABU. If you are a self-starter, who collaborates well to build relationships, and is focused on an exceptional employee experience, then this is the role for you. Required Experience and Education:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $78,700 - $118,100 Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
