Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a S
enior Business Intelligence Analyst to build our Business Intelligence department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and wants to own analytics end-to-end before growing into a leadership role.

You will be both builder and thought partner responsible for creating dashboards, defining metrics, cleaning data, and helping the business become more data-driven.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Own reporting across the full revenue lifecycle: Pipeline and forecast visibility, sales performance and productivity, marketing funnel and lead conversion, retention, churn, and expansion, ARR, ACV, bookings, and revenue trends
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights
  • Deliver both recurring dashboards and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions
  • Use Salesforce as the primary system of record and build analytics-ready data models from SFDC objects
  • Partner with Rev Ops to define and standardize core revenue metrics and definitions
  • Build repeatable processes for pulling and transforming data from other standalone systems as needed
  • Help define the company's BI and analytics foundation, including: Data modeling best practices, metric definitions and documentation, and reporting standards and governance
  • Support early discussions around future data warehouse and ETL needs, without over-engineering
  • Balance speed and accuracy in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Educate teams on how to use dashboards and interpret data effectively


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Analysis roles
  • Prior partnership with Revenue Operations or Go-To-Market teams
  • Strong hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) data and revenue metrics
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling for analytics
  • Exposure to data warehousing concepts and modern data stacks
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher, as required

Preferred


  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, ideally within engineering and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, churn, net retention)
  • Experience being an early or first analytics/BI hire
  • Administering 3rd party integration tool (Boomi)


Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional work in a manufacturing setting. It requires the use of standard office equipment and systems. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration and both independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or off-hour work as business needs arise.
