We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to support a large-scale transformation program within Wealth Management Operations. This role acts as a force multiplier for the program leader-driving alignment, governance, execution discipline, and communication across business, operations, technology, risk, and external partners.

The ideal candidate combines consulting-level problem solving with operational know-how in wealth management, strong stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution



  • Partner with the Transformation Executive to define, refine, and execute the program roadmap
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones and success metrics
  • Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and proactively resolve risks and blockers
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives


Governance & Operating Rhythm



  • Establish decision frameworks, escalation paths, and accountability structures
  • Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and executive materials
  • Drive disciplined execution and transparency across stakeholders


Cross-Functional Coordination



  • Serve as the central coordination point across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Business leaders
  • Break down silos and ensure dependencies are managed effectively
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and alignment meetings


Change Management & Adoption



  • Support organizational readiness and change initiatives
  • Partner with HR and Communications on adoption strategies
  • Help embed new operating models, processes, and ways of working


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or transformation roles
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and/or Financial Services Operations
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leading complex programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and program reporting tools
