Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm No weekends or holidays
This position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments in a call center environment. After 4-6 months of training, employee will be able to work in a hybrid/remote position.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient access and registration or call center 2-3 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification procedures.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
