Almac Group is currently seeking a Project Label Coordinator for our Souderton, PA location. Project Label Coordinators main objective is to support the Project Label Lead/Label Service Lead by gathering, interpreting, and clarifying customer supplied information and transforming it into operational documents required for successful delivery of clinical label development. The coordinator will assist the lead with all tasks associated with labels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gather and interpret project related customer supplied information, defining requirements, and generating associated documentation to support operational production staff in the creation of clinical labels. Generate clear requirements for the development of clinical labels, ensuring full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice and regulatory guidelines. Provide timely information/documentation required for the management of label development to support upcoming manufacturing operations, coordinating directly with Label Control, vendors and other departments. Track the progress of label development against the project plan and advise the Project Label Lead of any issues or delays arising throughout the course of the project, escalating to the Project Team or Project Group Manager as appropriate. Establish projects in LAS to ensure accurate and complete set up of all items, BOMs, VFD and label related activities. Qualifications: Required Experience / Education: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience required Bachelor's Degree with 6+ months relevant experience Preferred Experience / Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science or business-related field highly preferred Pharmaceutical or clinical supplies industry experience. Project management experience within a manufacturing environment What can Almac Group offer you?
