Job Overview
The SAP Systems Analyst - Production Planning plays a lead role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient business systems that support core manufacturing and planning functions across Hubbell. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of SAP manufacturing solutions-including MRP, Production Planning (PP), MES, and PLM-in alignment with Hubbell's configuration standards, business processes, and enterprise architecture. In this role, the analyst collaborates closely with IT peers, Hubbell Global Operations, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting business cases and project proposals, and translating business needs into effective system designs. The analyst also produces detailed analyses and documentation to identify root causes of system issues and recommends actionable solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills, along with the ability to lead crossfunctional discussions and influence outcomes to maximize the value of Hubbell's SAP investments.
