Position Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives and Contact Center by completing a variety of administrative tasks. This role will research and resolve inquires received via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and internal requests from associates. This role will assist in mentoring and training existing staff. This associate will have knowledge of company product lines and offerings.

Shift:

2 days per week onsite - 9:30am to 6:00pm

3 days per week - 10:00am to 6:30pm

*Training schedule may be adjusted to align with trainer

Pay:

$18.00 per hour with the ability to increase to $19.00 after 6 months

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
  • Conscientiously makes efforts to maintain the service level goal by closely monitoring service level activity, answering, and expediting calls during heavy call flow, not making outgoing calls during heavy incoming calls, and checks voice mail at appropriate times. Working in shared email box. Participate in department projects.
  • Run necessary business reports and collating the data as needed
  • Submit various internal requests that require follow up
  • Submit necessary documentation to our vendor partners to redeem for earned free goods
  • Place orders, set up returns, take payments and billing questions. Enter price overrides and price conversions.
  • Basic understanding of company product knowledge and product lines
  • Ability to work all hold queues and rush order box
  • Process Territory Representative expense reports


Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience, in a call center setting preferred
