Job Overview The Senior Director, Brand Communications develops and executes integrated communications strategies spanning brand and product storytelling, campaigns, media relations, executive positioning, and recognition programs. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, the Senior Director ensures cohesive, year-round communications that advance business objectives and strengthen brand reputation. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Strategic Communications Leadership: Sets and leads comprehensive external communications strategies that drive measurable business impact and strengthen brand reputation. Consumer & Integrated Brand Communications: Leads integrated brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and cultural tentpole moments across earned, owned, and paid channels to build relevance and affinity. Reputation & Crisis Management: Protects and enhances brand reputation, exercising sound judgment and leading through high-pressure, time-sensitive issues. Executive Counsel & Media Relations: Advises senior executives on sensitive matters, serves as a spokesperson, and cultivates strong relationships with national and regional media and key influencers. Content & Narrative Development: Shapes compelling brand narratives across press materials, speeches, media assets, and digital platforms to ensure consistent, high-impact storytelling. Cross-Functional & Team Leadership: Partners effectively across internal teams and external agencies while leading and developing high-performing communications talent. Business & Industry Acumen: Demonstrates strong understanding of consumer brands and the retail landscape, aligning communications strategies to enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
