This role supports the claims team by troubleshooting health insurance claim issues, handling escalated inquiries from the call center, and assisting with outofstate provider conversations. Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and resolve claim-related issues * Handle escalated questions from internal teams and external partners * Communicate through real-time internal and external chat channels * Perform taskbased training, gradually taking on additional responsibilities Requirements: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to learn quickly and ask for help when needed * No prior health insurance experience required * Problemsolving skills and comfort with computer-based work * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Work Environment: * Monday-Friday, mostly 7:30 AM-4:00 PM * Weekly team meeting Wednesdays at 7:00 AM * On-site in Honolulu; remote work may be offered a few days per week based on performance * Training is structured by task progression Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
