Loan Officer Assistant * * Full-time \| Fast-paced environment \| Reputable Fortune 100 Company We're looking for a detailoriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. This role is essential in keeping our mortgage pipeline moving quickly and accurately. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, this could be a great fit. * * What You'll Do * Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports * Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members * Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing * Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members * Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages * Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors * Provide general mortgage-related information to members * Review and process appraisal invoices * Maintain organized files-copying, faxing, and scanning as needed * Generate basic reports for tracking purposes * Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies * Support additional administrative tasks as assigned What You'll Need * Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System * Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately * Solid written and verbal communication skills * Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment * Familiarity with mortgage products or financial services (preferred) * Experience with word processing and spreadsheets What You'll Bring * A customer-first mindset * Strong communication skills * Accountability and reliability * Willingness to learn mortgage processes and procedures * Motivation to contribute to a high-performing team Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
