The RoleAs we continue to grow as one QuidelOrtho we are seeking a Program &Portfolio Management Leader (PPM). The Program & Portfolio Management Leader (PPM) is a collaborative, influential leadership role responsible for developing, governing, and executing an integrated portfolio of various types of projects, strategic initiatives, and capital programs. The role focuses on creating and growing this new function within operations at the Rochester, NY plants. This leader will ensure alignment between the project portfolio, the company's longterm strategies, and the annual operating plan (AOP), including oversight of cost reduction initiatives and major Capex initiatives. This role requires a combination of engineering expertise, business acumen, program leadership, and quality stewardship-equally comfortable in technical discussions, crossfunctional decisionmaking, and enterpriselevel strategic planning. The leader will coordinate execution across functions locally and globally, lead highimpact complex projects, and drive organizational change to elevate program execution capabilities. This individual will support projects across product development, design changes and transfers, operational excellence, and largescale facility or manufacturing upgrades. Salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including: education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. Salary range for this position is $102,000 to $133,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays.
