The Vice President - Finance (VP - Finance) provides essential business support and financial leadership to the Regional Company management team and Field organization. This role focuses on driving continuous operational improvements and expanding profitability through key financial functions. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, customer profitability, capital expenditures, and compliance activities. This position requires a seasoned professional with 10-plus years of experience and exceptionally strong analytical skills.

  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Report, analyze, and interpret key financial and operating metrics, and conduct extensive financial modeling to support strategic and operating decisions.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in close coordination with Division finance support teams.

  • Profitability & Pricing: Manage product price increase processes and analyze customer price realization to enhance overall profitability.

  • Operations & Asset Management: Provide leadership for inventory control, cylinder control groups, and local compensation programs.

  • Compliance & Strategic Projects: Ensure local compliance with Company policies, coordinate field audits, and lead acquisition due diligence and integration efforts.

  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with the Regional Company and Division management teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Established a proven track record of success in prior senior accounting/finance roles.

  • Must be able to build effective relationships with all levels and roles in the organization.

  • Possess exceptionally strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to leverage a wide variety of data and related computer tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

  • Must demonstrate the leadership skills required to drive continuous improvement of processes.

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in financial accounting/analysis in positions of increasing responsibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

  • Experience in managing departments and cross-functional teams, including people development skills and leadership qualities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle between Divisional and local management and demands.

  • Strong computer skills (Google Sheets/Slides, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.

  • Experience with SAP, BW, Power BI and/or ERP systems a plus.
