• Creating tools, resources, training, events, and experiences that support growth in the Ancillary business and delight designfocused audiences.
• Managing programs that help sales teams and dealers win business, including product and material sampling initiatives and rotating inmarket events.
• Collaborating across highly crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and alignment with business priorities.
• Improving operational performance by learning and optimizing logistics, workflows, and processes tied to program delivery.
• Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the Design CVM and enhance engagement with A&D firms, dealers, and internal partners.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in business, marketing, brand management, and/or product management.

• Demonstrating strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance bigpicture vision and daytoday execution.
• Showing high attention to detail, ensuring tools, experiences, and programs are thoughtfully crafted.
• Managing multiple competing priorities effectively using strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
• Bringing enthusiasm for motivating teams, supporting collaboration, and keeping projects on track.
