You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Creating tools, resources, training, events, and experiences that support growth in the Ancillary business and delight designfocused audiences.
  • Managing programs that help sales teams and dealers win business, including product and material sampling initiatives and rotating inmarket events.
  • Collaborating across highly crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and alignment with business priorities.
  • Improving operational performance by learning and optimizing logistics, workflows, and processes tied to program delivery.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the Design CVM and enhance engagement with A&D firms, dealers, and internal partners.
  • Coordinating multiple, competing priorities with strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
  • Delivering clear communication and training to internal and external audiences to ensure successful adoption of tools and programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in business, marketing, brand management, and/or product management.
