What You Will Do:

The Content Creator plays a critical role in developing high-quality training content that supports the technical, product, and business-skill development needs of our employees,

partners, and customers. In this role, you will translate complex product and technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials including eLearning modules, videos, presentations, technical guides, and job aids. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to define learning objectives, ensure content accuracy, and customize learning solutions to meet the needs of the assigned business group

You will leverage learning technologies, multimedia tools, and instructional best practices to create compelling digital experiences that align with adult learning principles and brand standards. Additionally, you will maintain and update content repositories to ensure all materials remain accurate and current, incorporating learner feedback and performance insights to continuously improve effectiveness. Through strong cross-functional partnership, you will ensure training content aligns with product launches, business priorities, and the readiness needs of internal and external audiences.

How You Will Do It:

  • Design, develop, and produce engaging training content such as eLearningmodules, instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) materials, videos, job aids, scripts, and technical reference guides.

  • Define clear learning objectives in partnership with subject matter experts andbusiness stakeholders.

  • Customize and adapt commercially available training solutions when appropriate.

  • Translate complex technical product information into clear, accessible, audience appropriate content.

  • Maintain and update content repositories, SharePoint sites, and version-controlled documentation.

  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional best practices to all learning materials.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools to enhance content delivery and learner engagement.

  • Evaluate content effectiveness through learner feedback and performance data; recommend and implement improvements.

  • Ensure all content reflects brand, compliance, and accessibility standards.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing learning content or technical training materials.

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Proficiency with contentdevelopment tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

  • Experience developing blended learning solutions (eLearning, ILT/VILT, video, microlearning, simulations).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with technical experts and diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to analyze content performance data.

This is an onsite role at our Marinette, WI location.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $78,000 $117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
