Plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's inclusion initiatives across both sites and business unit levels, fostering a culture of belonging and community. Develops and implements inclusive programs that promote an inclusive work environment. Leads awareness campaigns, team member engagement efforts, and strategic development initiatives to drive inclusivity. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders and ensures that all efforts align with organizational policies, values, and goals. Contributes to shaping the company's culture and supporting its mission to be an Extraordinary Place to Work By executing high-impact programs and maintaining partnerships. Key Responsibilities
