Qualifications EDUCATION High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred. EXPERIENCE Five (5)+ years in a fast-paced donor-centric fundraising environment with three (3)+ years specific experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge web-based fundraising program and financial processes required. Experience utilizing and managing web-based programs to advance performance of special events and donor activities. SPECIAL SKILLS Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills. Must be accurate and detailed oriented, possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities in a complex environment. Must have strong understanding of banking systems and financial reporting as it relates to the operational requirements of Foundation activities. Must be proficient in web based programming and reporting including but not limited to Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, and Crystal Reports. Must work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Must clearly understand Hospital and system strategies for fundraising priorities. PHYSICAL DEMAND While performing duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. They are required to stand and walk. They must occasionally life or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
