What You'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, inventory accounting, warranty reserve, and more.
  • Maintain and update cost accounting records.
  • Support regional finance teams.
  • Assist with physical inventory and audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare complex ad-hoc financial reports.


What You'll Need



  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and general ledger.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Minimum Experience:



  • 4-5 years accounting experience
  • CPA or CPA progress
  • ERP experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong process-improvement mindset



Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

  • Public accounting or publicly traded company experience
  • Inventory & cost accounting experience
  • NetSuite or Oracle experience



Salary Range: $86,000 to $110,000
