An Operations Manager at SET Rescue & Safety is responsible to: Oversee day-to-day operations of rescue services and transportation logistics Direct, coordinate, and evaluate field supervisors and rescue personnel Determine staffing levels and qualifications required for assigned projects Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resource allocation between offices and job sites Ensure operational readiness of rescue teams and equipment prior to deployment Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards Conduct site audits to verify safe operations and proper rescue coverage Exercise authority to delay, modify, or stop work when unsafe conditions exist Investigate incidents, near misses, and operational deficiencies and implement corrective actions Train and support supervisors to ensure safe and efficient job site operations Address customer operational concerns and resolve field issues Review and approve operational and capital equipment needs Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to staff Support operational readiness and emergency response capability Perform other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma required; related 4-year degree preferred Experience in emergency response, industrial safety, or technical rescue operations strongly preferred Understands key financial indicators and success measures Ability to evaluate risk and make operational decisions under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication and documentation skills Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and basic e-mail) Ability to effectively support, coach, inspire and motivate team members
