POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead - Client Coordinator coordinates projects from estimation to completion for assigned client(s). Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, internal departments, and vendors. Resolves the most complex problems using strong technical knowledge and maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high quality services and solutions.

This is a remote role, West Michigan area preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines, etc. as needed.
  • Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection of appropriate projects and sub-projects, assignment of resources, monitoring of project progress, and generation of the client/project invoice.
  • Translates client requests and requirements into detailed and technical instructions for production teams.
  • Partners with the client, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve identified project issues and ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiates new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines to ensure accurate client, project, and financial details are available in the system.
  • Partners with Client Integration and Client Growth to ensure a smooth transition for new clients; attends pre-integration and planning meetings as needed.
  • Participates in, and sometimes leads, cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and/or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
  • Utilizes systems and databases to enter client information and or retrieve information as needed and verifies all client information is current in the database.
  • Assists in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
  • 5+ years of previous project coordination experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
  • Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,000 USD - $92,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
