DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To assist with Human Resources administrative functions that include Recruiting, Compliance, Workers' Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, and Employee Relations RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, training, and disciplinary documents *Assist with talent acquisition duties utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (UKGPro) to review resumes/applications against specific selection criteria, properly disposition candidates, conduct telephone pre-screens of qualified candidates, schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, extend employment offers, process pre-employment checks, and adhere to all applicable legal requirements *Assist with employee relations including investigations, documentation and follow-up *Assist management and employees with time and attendance system, scheduling and recordkeeping *Assist management and employees with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures *Schedule and prepare material for meetings *Maintain confidentiality at all times *Special projects as assigned *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint *Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills *Excellent attention to detail *High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *18 months of experience in an Administrative or Human Resources role PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Human Resources role *Current or previous successful employment with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party) REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED EDUCATION *Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources or Management field REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive Stealth Products is an Equal Opportunity employer.
