Overview
The Payments Strategy Analyst's primary goal is to develop, innovate and grow all Payments products and services, in accordance with the strategic objectives, business goals and service level targets. They will serve as the subject matter expert on the various Payment channels, products and processes offered by Logix. Some responsibilities include leading, managing and overseeing multiple high priority assignments simultaneously with other business units and vendors. This position will work both independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business needs, meet customer needs, design solutions, and implement recommended changes.
Responsibilities
Serves as the subject matter expert for all Payments related projects and assignments. This includes having a clear understanding of the various processes, systems, applications, and vendors used by the entire Payments Division.
- Extensive knowledge of the various Federal regulations and network rules governing the various payment services handled by the Payments Division
- Responsible for monitoring the Payments environment and keeps a close eye on emerging trends, products or services that would impact Logix and proactively communicates those items with management.
- Manages and oversees multiple high priority assignments simultaneously and performs in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Also ensures that timelines scope of work, deadlines and other organizational needs are met.
- Responsible for performing research both internally and with vendors on the various Payments products and services with the intention of enhancing our Payments programs and services.
- Analyzes Payment program trends and recommends opportunities to improve appeal, utilization, and profitability.
- Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements for the Payments Division.
- Schedules and leads meetings. As well as develops and executes test plans, testing strategies and tests scripts for Division owned functions and products.
- Holds regular monthly meetings with Payment vendors and partners to ensure open line of communication is kept and SLAs are met.
- Proactively reviews Payments related processes and services and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Assists in risk assessments, management and mitigation activities related to payments related products and services.
- Assists with creating, updating, and reviewing procedures and documents belonging to the division.
- Assists in developing strategies to increase utilization of all payment related products and services offered to members.
- May assist management with internal and external audits for the Payments Division.
- May assists in testing strategies to maximize financial return on product marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing and/or related fields, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Experience
- 5 or more years of relevant experience, or a combination.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees including senior management using excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, innovatively, and develop tactical execution plans to drive success.
- Effectively and successfully manages ongoing milestones and deliverables of several projects running simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- High proficiency with Microsoft suite of office products.
- Must be able to work with confidential data and ensure integrity of data.

Pay Range
USD $77,280.80 - USD $115,921.20 /Yr.
