About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to play a key
role in protecting both clients and company integrity? As a
Compliance Associate I, you'll serve as the vital link between Sales,
Operations, Finance, and Legal-ensuring every new client meets
compliance standards before launching on our screening
solutions. You'll analyze client information, resolve compliance
matters, and maintain thorough audit-ready documentation that keeps
our processes strong and transparent. From partnering with data providers to
guiding internal teams through each step of the compliance
journey, you'll help turn complex requirements into seamless

What You'll Do:
- Process onboarding compliance activities for new
customers in accordance with Yardi compliance procedures. - Create, organize, and maintain detailed customer
records to support audit readiness and regulatory requirements. - Serve as a compliance liaison between Yardi and our data
providers. - Resolve compliance related matters with clients as needed.
Who You Are:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two to three years of corporate experience preferred
but not required (compliance, risk management, legal, customer
service, data management, or similar field) - Positive, motivating, professional demeanor
- Ability to read and comprehend contracts, legal
business documents and government websites to ensure legitimacy and
accuracy of information. - Very effective at speaking professionally and
persuasively to individuals on the telephone, and to team members
as required to give suggestions, feedback, or instructions. - Ability to apply understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. - Ability to interpret licensing information, legitimacy, and
to make appropriate contacts when required. - Should have knowledge of MS Excel,
Visio, PowerPoint and Word software; must be effective at use
of the Internet. Must learn quickly and be able to become proficient in
the use of all Yardi proprietary operating and reporting systems and available
tools. - Attention to detail in terms of quality, documentation,
accuracy, thoroughness and significance of information presented. - Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for
spelling and grammar; able to read and interpret written information. - Skillful at researching, collecting and
effectively utilizing data; uses intuition and experience to resolve
problems and devise solutions. Willing and able to assist others in
this regard
