Thales Defense & Security, Inc. (TDSI) is seeking a Marketing Operations & Events Partner to lead the company's trade show and customer event program. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communications out of Clarksburg, MD, this role oversees event execution and associated marketing operations which include budget management, vendor coordination, financial oversight, and event collateral support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially disciplined, and effective in cross-functional environments, ensuring professional, compliant customer engagements within the defense and security industry. The annualized pay range for this role is$106,200.00 - $135,700.00 USDalong with a target incentive compensation plan(ICP) of 5%.The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
