Purpose of the Job


Our client offers a suite of tools that is used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. These seamlessly integrated solutions connect devices, apps, and people, fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into action. Partnerships are at the heart of how they connect their products with the passions of their users. This role supports a client team that acts as subject matter marketing and partnership experts who deliver high-impact deals that place the client brands at the heart of global culture.


The team requires Sponsorship Management expertise to support the strategic execution and day-to-day operations of our client's most high-profile global sports and entertainment portfolios. From the pitch to the court and the Olympic stage, we require intimate bridges between the brand and the world's most iconic properties.


This role is based remotely in the United States.


Key Responsibilities




  • Measurement & Outcomes: Lead the partnership and talent measurement approach, ensuring all activations deliver against brand metrics, perception, and consideration.



  • Recap Reports & Evaluation: Support the development of annual partnership recaps and deal performance reviews to evaluate success against OKRs.



  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain "best practice" resources for deal crafting, terms, and commercial partnership approaches.



  • Operations & Communications: Manage the team's internal newsletter and communication channels to share partnership wins, talent opportunities, and cultural moment alerts across the global organization.



  • Strategic Planning: Assist in vetting new explorations by evaluating them against target audience needs, budget availability, and longitudinal commitment goals.



  • Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate between Partnerships & Trusted Voices team, Legal, Finance, and regional marketing teams to streamline the partnership deal flow and internal review processes.

Qualifications




  • Experience: 6-10 years in marketing operations, strategic planning, and project management.



  • Analytical Mindset: Expert at translating complex partnership data into actionable recap reports and business case studies.



  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to build "best practice" resources and playbooks that can be scaled across different global markets.



  • Subject Matter Interest: A deep professional interest in the business of sports (Soccer, Basketball, Olympics) and entertainment properties.



  • Professionalism: High level of interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Products
