What You'll do:

We're seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Administrator Intern to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role provides hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This role sitswithin the People Operations > Talent Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and be the face of Groundswell offices as the receptionist

  • Help coordinate office repairs, escalate /maintenance, and vendor management

  • Serve as the POC for office-related materials and services;Maintain ordering of inventory of office supplies, food, and beverages ensuring items are stocked as appropriate

  • Administer the following:

    • ID badges for employees and guests

    • Parking management to include access and validation

    • Shipping and receiving

    • Doorbell monitor - main POC for reception

  • Event coordination to include:

    • Procuring office space, ordering food, set up and clean up (must be able to lift 50lbs or less)
    • Any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, includingorganizational, time management, communication (oral/written), customer service

  • Ability to adapt to Microsoft Suite and other technologies such as Data Watch

  • Basic technical competency to troubleshoot issues with badging, parking issues- ability to communicate and escalate as needed

  • Desire to grow in the area of Corporate Operations in order to support the following areas in times of surge: Contracts, IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, Security, Quality

  • Proficiency in English a must

  • Must adhere to confidentiality expectations

  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools, especially Microsoft Office suite

  • This position is 100% on-site Monday through Thursday 8-8:30am-5pm ET with a 30 minute - 1 hour lunch

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
