Join our Trade Management team, supporting key initiatives shaping our Commodities and Global Markets in-house trade capture platforms - one of many exciting change transformations across Macquarie. What role will you play?

In this role, you will be part of a strategic transformation program focused on uplifting our trade capture platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate across business and technology to drive front-to-back changes across OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on critical systems at the core of Commodity and Global Markets business.



What you offer

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Financial services background with working knowledge of derivatives and trade lifecycle processes (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work effectively with data
  • A curious mindset and a passion for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
