In this role, you will serve as the Recruiting Program Manager supporting our Military Recruiting Fellowship, which hires veterans transitioning into civilian careers. You will own the day-to-day management of the Fellowship Program, partnering closely with our external provider to source and screen veteran candidates, align them to open roles, and manage cohort execution. You will be accountable for placing a minimum of 45 fellows annually across three cohorts per fiscal year (15 fellows per cohort) and for achieving a 75% conversion rate to full-time roles within aligned job segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Operations & Performance:

  • Execute Fellowship Program(s) to achieve annual goals: 45 fellow placements with a minimum 75% conversion rate to FTE roles; flexibility to operate across job profiles - Sales/Tech/Non-tech

  • Manage operational processes and workflows to ensure consistent delivery of 15+ fellows per cohort across three annual cohorts

  • Track and report on program performance against conversion rate targets

Program Planning Support:

  • Support year-over-year planning for Fellowship Programs, providing input on operational improvements and scalability

  • Implement processes and systems to support program growth while maintaining quality outcomes

Partnership Coordination:

  • Manage day-to-day coordination of the Hiring our Heroes partnership, ensuring smooth operations and communication

  • Serve as operational point of contact for the partnership

Talent Matching & Placement:

  • Screen all prospective fellows and match them with hosting managers based on skills, career aspirations, and team needs

  • Identify and build relationships with internal leaders to expand the pipeline of hosting manager opportunities

  • Coordinate with Talent Development (TD) to align fellows for future full-time opportunities

Fellow Experience & Support:

  • Provide full lifecycle support including: FieldGlass profile creation, regular 1:1 check-ins, onboarding support, and onsite alignment coordination

  • Maintain consistent communication with fellows to ensure successful integration and readiness for FTE conversion

  • Partner with TD to facilitate pathways from fellowship to permanent roles

Financial Management:

  • Track and manage Fellowship Program expenses, ensuring budget adherence

  • Provide regular expense reporting

Data & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records on all fellows, hosting managers, placements, and program outcomes

  • Track key metrics including placement rates, conversion rates, and fellow progress

  • Document processes and generate reports on program performance

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $142,300 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
