Scope of Position As the Associate MRP Buyer, you will be responsible for executing purchase orders generated by the MRP system and ensuring the accuracy of planning signals that drive replenishment. A strong understanding of master data and planning parameters such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock is critical to your success in this role. You will monitor MRP exceptions daily, follow up on supply issues, and validate that procurement activity aligns with system logic and real-world supplier performance. Working closely with the Demand Planning, Schedulers, and Inventory teams, you will identify and escalate discrepancies in system inputs, helping to refine planning parameters and ensure accurate, timely product availability. Your focus will be on executing purchases, maintaining data integrity, and supporting continuous improvement in planning and replenishment performance. This position reports to the MRP Lead and plays a key role in delivering the "Right Product, Right Place, Right Time" commitment across our supply chain. This position reports to the MRP Lead. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Export, PA location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
