About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for core payments and sponsorship offerings that enable scalable money movement and embedded finance solutions. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, payments infrastructure, regulatory considerations, and partner ecosystems, translating complex market dynamics into differentiated, compliant, and commercially viable products.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong domain expertise, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence crossfunctional stakeholders across product, engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and external partners.

What You Will Do:



  • Define and own product strategy and roadmap for payments and sponsorship platforms aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead endtoend product lifecycle management, from opportunity identification and business case development through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner closely with risk, compliance, operations, engineering and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant payment solutions.
  • Translate regulatory requirements, network rules, and market dynamics into clear product direction and prioritization.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication of product vision, tradeoffs, and outcomes at both working and executive levels.
  • Track product performance using defined KPIs and use datadriven insights to inform continuous improvement and investment decisions.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Subject Matter Expertise



  • Payments & Sponsorship
    Deep expertise across issuing and acquiring sponsorship models and core payment rails, including ACH, domestic and international wires, realtime payments (FedNow, RTP), and emerging stablecoin payment rails.
  • Strategic Product & Market Leadership
    Proven ability to translate payments market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and customer use cases into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and scalable solutions across traditional and nextgeneration offerings.


What You Will Need:



  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, regulated product domains with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of payments economics, risk tradeoffs, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, intent, and accountability.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, set direction, and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Salary range: $86,000 - $145,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
