The Digital Client Experience teams in Asset Management provide clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products to drive transformative changes. We bring the best qualities of a technology player and combine that with the best attributes of a large bank. Our Digital teams comprise of three main businesses, underpinned by engineering, product operations, security and risk management:

* Mosaic, An external website and an end-to-end open architecture technology platform and a digital product that provides trading, settlement, analytics, and reporting solutions to global liquidity clients.

* Advisor Portal : An external Advisor Portal is a key component of SMA expansion program. The aim of this portal is to provide an all-digital, best in class experience to Advisors such as advisor onboarding, application for new SMAs, track accounts status, access advisor tools etc. Retail distribution requires scaling our client onboarding and portfolio management to support tens of thousands of clients through diligence, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle events.

Who are we

Client Solutions Engineering teams build transformative cutting-edge digital platforms and processes that form the core of our business across liquidity, marketing and sales. Our growth is driven by a relentless focus on our people, our clients and customers, and leading-edge technology, data and design principals.

As an engineer on the Client Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation alongside industry leaders and make significant contributions to the field. You will be one of the main drivers helping evolve our product strategy as we continue to ensure we are a market leader. You will be asked to come up with creative and commercial solutions to a variety of problems, and we will rely on your leadership when executing those choices.

We are looking for engineers who can drive a whole feature from design to execution, as well as deep dive into why an API is taking half a second longer than it should. Our team has a large variety of problems to tackle across the entire stack.

The Client Solutions Group is looking for a Full Stack engineer to assist in the buildout and scaling of the business globally using cloud based hybrid Big Data solutions to provide Sales and Marketing teams seamless experience in achieving their objectives through productivity tools, easy access to analytics and insights along with real time tracking towards their goals.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR



  • Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Java, J2EE and/or Python
    • Strong proficiency in working with data - databases, deriving insights using machine learning.
    • You approach problem solving with an open mind within the context of a team
    • You have exceptional analytical skills, able to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions
    • You collaborate with globally-located cross functional team in building customer-centric products
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience integrating with Restful web services
    • Comfort with Agile Operating Models
    • Experience working with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with micro service architecture
    • Strong proficiency in: Distributed systems, Low-latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
    • Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders
    • Experience with AWS
    • Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Spring, Sybase or any RDBMS
    • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $110000-$130000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
