Business Co-Op (Training Coordination) - Fall 2026

The Role: Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a Training Coordinator Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will assist the Training Manager and Training Specialists with various administrative tasks on a daily basis. Additionally, special projects may be assigned as required. These projects could involve marketing initiatives for training events, enhancements to the Learning Management System (LMS), and data analysis concerning the effectiveness of training programs.
What You'll Do:
Schedule training sessions and monitor shared inbox Generate notifications of upcoming training including sending pre-course information to participants Ensure the training venue is booked and prepped for the training session Assist with the development of training support materials and ensure all content is up to date Record training attendance and maintain employee training records Produce training reports in Excel and Learning Management System Maintain department key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide administrative assistance to training managers and trainers Support training goals across different sites and teams working cross functionally Opportunity to build facilitation and presentation skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptionally organized and detail oriented Able to multitask Skilled in Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with Teams and other virtual meeting platforms Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to travel between ArrowsWest and Rockrimmon (COS)
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications Graduation of 2026 or 2027
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in June through December. Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
