Machine Operator Shift: 2nd, (9am-7:30pm) (Monday - Thursday) *Pay: $17/hr (Based on experience)* The Machine Operator is responsible for operating equipment to perform standardized forging and production operations. This role requires monitoring machine performance, identifying defective materials or malfunctions, and ensuring finished products meet company and customer specifications. Job Description: Perform forge operations and machine setups according to Operation Standards and Work Instructions Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts Position and secure inserts, hand loads, and work pieces on machines Remove finished products using hand tools and equipment Inspect and measure products using precision instruments to ensure quality standards Maintain accurate production documentation and labeling Complete final packaging for shipment Follow clean-up procedures and maintain a safe work environment Train new team members on procedures and techniques Perform rework, relieve operators for breaks, and serve as backup to the Inspector as needed Participate in special project teams and bring a positive attitude to work daily
