Introduction to the Job

As an Operations Transformation Manager, you help shape the future of advanced lithography. You make it possible for ASML to deliver innovative technology that powers the world's most advanced chips. In this role, you guide complex manufacturing initiatives that improve quality, increase efficiency, and support our longterm growth in San Diego and across global sites.

You work at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your efforts ensure our teams stay aligned, our programs stay on track, and our manufacturing operations continue to evolve as ASML expands production of EUV and DUV products.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Operations Transformation Manager, you lead crossfunctional programs that improve processes, strengthen communication, and support manufacturing leadership. You turn strategy into clear, actionable activities and make sure teams have what they need to succeed.

  • Lead manufacturing programs and workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with measurable milestones.
  • Prepare and coordinate leadership meetings, operational reviews, and communication sessions.
  • Drive endtoend process improvements using structured problemsolving approaches.
  • Standardize processes and maintain documentation to support consistency.
  • Lead change management activities, including training and stakeholder communication.
  • Support workforce planning, capability development, and crossfunctional collaboration.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field;
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
  • If you hold a Masters degree: Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or program management.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives in hightech or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience using tools such as SAP, ERP systems, or dataanalysis software.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and guide diverse teams.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$102,000-153,000

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
