About the Role


As our Field Services Site Team Leader for operation install & service support at specific customer site(s), you are responsible for the direct leadership of the installation teams including hiring, development and team member relations. This role acts as a liaison to the customer as appropriate, enabling demand to be met by allocating teams appropriately with input from the site foreman and ensuring safe working practices are maintained.

In the role of Field Services Site Team Leader you would be located at our Gilbert, AZ location.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Leads safety and quality installation audits at customer sites
  • Directly responsible for installation technician team production
  • Confers with customer personnel to lead the install schedule, quality control and delivery dates of systems ordered
  • Coordinates installation activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, materials, and equipment utilizing both customer and Watlow systems
  • Reviews and analyzes installations, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or installation problems
  • Responsible for teams that align to 24/7 service support of installation as per site requirements
  • Leads team member development and training
  • Weekly reporting of production to customer and direct team leader as appropriate
  • Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering for applicable jobs and/or equivalent experience (8+ years)
  • Willing to travel 50 - 70% (primarily domestic travel)



Desired Qualifications



  • 1-year experience in a similar role
  • 3-5 years Construction and manufacturing experience
  • Experience/application of principles of lean management/production
  • Demonstrated effectives and willingness to collaborate and advocate for team based solutions
  • Proven leadership skills/leadership training
