About the Role
We are seeking a mission-oriented, outcome-driven product leader with a strong track record of translating ambitious ideas into scalable, real-world solutions. Salesforce Missionforce is dedicated to helping U.S. public sector agencies modernize grants delivery, improve transparency, and accelerate mission outcomes.

This leader will define and execute next-generation Salesforce capabilities purpose-built for Grants Management, integrating enterprise cloud, AI-driven insights, advanced analytics, and secure-by-design architecture. The focus is delivering trusted, compliant, and measurable impact across the full grants lifecycle, from application through award, oversight, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce Grants Management, aligned to public sector modernization, compliance, and measurable program outcomes

  • Lead end-to-end product strategy across eligibility, application intake, review workflows, award management, disbursements, compliance tracking, and audit readiness

  • Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including transparency, reporting, accessibility, and data retention standards

  • Drive integration strategy across Salesforce platform capabilities, including CRM, Experience Cloud, analytics, and public sector data models

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, compliance, legal, security, and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible releases

  • Collaborate with customers, system integrators, and field teams to validate requirements, test solutions, and refine roadmap priorities

  • Define pricing, packaging, and positioning to support competitive differentiation and public sector procurement models

  • Lead go-to-market readiness, including sales enablement, solution positioning, competitive messaging, and launch planning

  • Establish clear product success metrics across adoption, time-to-value, compliance performance, grant processing efficiency, and revenue growth

Experience / Skills Desired

  • Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver in regulated, high-stakes environments.

  • Experience building and executing 2 to 3-year roadmaps that anticipate and respond to mission and market needs.

  • 5+ years of product management, public sector technology, or enterprise SaaS experience, preferably supporting federal, state, local, or nonprofit grantmaking organizations

  • Deep understanding of the full grant lifecycle, including application intake, eligibility determination, review and scoring, award management, disbursement, compliance monitoring, and audit reporting

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Flow, Data Cloud, and analytics

  • Experience integrating grants systems with ERP, financial management, identity verification, and document management platforms

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as Section 508 and secure handling of sensitive applicant data

  • Proven ability to translate complex policy and legislative requirements into scalable product capabilities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with government executives, program managers, system integrators, and partners

Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
