Job Title: Senior Director, Portfolio & Technical Program Management (People Leader) Organization: Salesforce on Salesforce Technology Location: Indianapolis The Role The Senior Director of Portfolio & Technical Program Management (TPM) will lead enterprise-scale portfolio governance and execution across multiple product & engineering pillars in Digital Enterprise Technology's (DET) Salesforce on Salesforce (SFonSF) organization. This leader will drive strategic alignment, execution rigor, and operational excellence across complex, multi-cloud programs-particularly across platform, AI, Agents, and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will oversee a high-performing organization of Portfolio Leaders and Technical Program Managers responsible for delivering large, cross-functional initiatives spanning products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI/Agent-driven capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in scaling SaaS platforms, leading through influence, and building world-class program management disciplines in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
