Purpose of the rolePlay an integral role in aligning planning and scheduling excellence with our broader business objectives. As Senior Manager, Planning/Scheduling, you will be responsible for leading and evolving our planning capability to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across a portfolio of complex programs. You will connect long-term strategy with short-term execution, ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, predictably and efficiently - while supporting our customers' most critical ambitions. You will influence outcomes within broad organizational policies, shape new concepts and approaches, and lead change across multiple projects and teams. This role looks ahead up to 12 months and beyond, anticipating risks, unlocking opportunities and ensuring alignment with our sustainability and growth ambitions.
