This position requires a Secret clearance. Responsibilities We need a Customer Success Lead who can bridge the gap between technology, delivery, and growth. You'll be the face of our solutions to clients-owning engagement, training, and communications that ensure smooth deployments and lasting adoption. But your impact doesn't stop at delivery: you'll also enable sales and marketing by creating the playbooks, messaging, and success stories that fuel growth across our DoD portfolio. This role is equal parts strategist, trainer, and evangelist.
