This position requires a Secret clearance.



Responsibilities

We need a Customer Success Lead who can bridge the gap between technology, delivery, and growth. You'll be the face of our solutions to clients-owning engagement, training, and communications that ensure smooth deployments and lasting adoption. But your impact doesn't stop at delivery: you'll also enable sales and marketing by creating the playbooks, messaging, and success stories that fuel growth across our DoD portfolio.

This role is equal parts strategist, trainer, and evangelist. If you thrive on building programs that scale, love working directly with clients, and want to shape the way our technology is delivered and sold, we want you.

What you'll do:

    Lead customer engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, delivery coordination, and ongoing success.
  • Enable sales: Build customer-facing decks, demo scripts, and success stories that help the business development team win new opportunities.
  • Own training programs: Design and deliver training that ensures clients and internal teams know how to use and sell our solutions effectively.
  • Standardize success: Develop SOPs for site surveys, product demos, and customer handoffs that ensure consistency and quality.
  • Shape comms strategy: Craft communications and engagement plans that align clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Fuel marketing: Partner with marketing to package lessons learned, customer wins, and deployment outcomes into content that resonates with prospects.
  • Drive adoption: Gather feedback from customers, measure success metrics, and share insights with product and engineering teams to improve solutions.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Represent user needs and mission outcomes in sales strategy and product planning.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, program delivery, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong background in training, communications, and marketing enablement.
  • Proven ability to build structured SOPs and scalable engagement processes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or sensor-driven systems.
  • Background in marketing campaigns, sales enablement, or proposal support.
  • Understanding of DoD sales cycles, site surveys, and sustainment processes.

Target salary range: $92,000-$160,000
