The Manager Home Healthcare Continuous Care RN oversees the processes and lower-level employees who provide home healthcare services. This position manages, coordinates, and supervises the processes involved in delivering care. The HH CONT CARE RN Manager ensures high-quality care and provides advice and insight regarding patient care when necessary. Essential Job Function Manages and oversees the work of lower-level employees who provide home healthcare services to ensure adherence to organizational standards and promoting the delivery of exceptional care. Coordinates and supervises the processes involved in delivering home healthcare services, including scheduling and patient assignments. Reviews analysis of patient outcomes and healthcare data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care. Manages home healthcare services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the organization's policies and procedures. Provides advice and insight regarding patient care when necessary to support the delivery of optimal care. Fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote professional development and engagement among the home healthcare team. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Required: Associate's DegreePreferred: Bachelor's Degree Experience Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations Licensure/Certification/Listing Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
