We are seeking an exceptionally ambitious and high-performing Senior Software Engineer who thrives on designing simple, scalable solutions to complex problems. As an energetic influencer on our team, you'll apply secure software engineering principles to independently deliver complex features, support architectural decisions, and ensure systems are built for scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
This role requires proficiency with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting across the SDLC. You'll be well-versed in leveraging AI tools responsibly while ensuring all AI-generated output is thoroughly reviewed and validated to meet our engineering standards. Success in this position requires comfort collaborating within Agile methodology as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Beyond technical delivery, you'll emphasize strong software craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and mentorship of less experienced engineers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help guide technical practices within the team and contribute meaningfully to the company's growth and success. What You'll Do:

USD 101,500.00 - 169,100.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $101,500.00 - $169,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
