Top Must haves: *7+ or more years of analyst experience *Work Autonomously *Communication both written and verbal *SQL Skills *Team player, solution oriented, listens well *Heavy data analysis/integration *DBT or airflow is a plus * SWP is a plus Senior Systems Technical Analyst (Integration Focus) Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with a strong focus on application, system, and platform integrations to join our Capital Partners Technology team. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined technical and integration requirements that support scalable, reliable solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience analyzing system-to-system data flows, documenting integration patterns, and supporting complex workflows across multiple platforms. The role has a primary emphasis within the Business Process Management (BPM) space and requires close collaboration with developers, architects, project managers, and business partners across the full systems development lifecycle. Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities:
