Business Analyst (ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics)

6+ month contract

Irving, TX (Hybrid)

The Business Analyst will be an integral member of an Agile Scrum team, partnering closely with a Product Owner and cross-functional team to deliver business value across line-of-business applications as part of an ongoing digital transformation.
This role has a strong focus on ERP/SupplyChain/Logistics-driven solutions, with Salesforce experience highly preferred, while also requiring flexibility to support non-Salesforce initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Essential Job Functions

Analyze broadly defined concepts from the Product Owner and decompose them into epics, features, and user stories
Champion product enhancements from concept through implementation and into ongoing support
Elicit, document, and refine clear, concise user stories that articulate user value
Support and facilitate backlog refinement activities in partnership with the Product Owner
Identify, document, and help rationalize integration needs across related applications
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements
Assist with the creation and review of training materials and release notes
Provide input into test planning and assist with pre- and post-release defect triage
Demonstrate willingness to support other business applications and initiatives, including non-Salesforce-related projects, as needed

Qualifications

Mandatory ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
5+ years of Experience with ERP, Supply Chain and or Logistics
3+ years of experience eliciting and writing Agile user stories
Strong working knowledge of the Scrum framework, with experience on high-performing Agile teams
Proven ability to create and interpret process flows, wireframes, and other visual artifacts
Experience using ALM and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, Project, and Visio (or equivalent diagramming tools)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently, conduct research, and quickly learn new systems and domains
Willingness to adapt and contribute across evolving project needs

Estimated Min Rate: $40.60
Estimated Max Rate: $58.00
