Title: Business Systems Manager (Netsuite) Compensation: $110,000 - 140,000/year Type: Full-Time Industry: Retail Key Responsibilities Own production stability and ongoing enhancement of ERP (NetSuite), PLM, POS, ecommerce (Shopify), and integrated platforms Serve as system owner and design authority across ERP, PLM, POS, ecommerce, and integrations Lead day-to-day Run & Enhance delivery, including incidents, enhancements, and release management Personally contribute to complex analysis, configuration decisions, and production issue resolution Own the integration layer (Celigo/iPaaS), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and exception handling Reduce recurring incidents through root-cause analysis and technical debt remediation Define and enforce application, configuration, and integration standards across systems Establish and manage a disciplined, retail- and seasonally aligned release cadence (4 releases per year) Ensure clean master data and reliable data flows into analytics platforms (Redshift, BigQuery/GCP) Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure systems are analytics-ready Stabilize and resolve operational issues such as stuck orders, inventory discrepancies, and payables mismatches Lead and mentor a small Business Systems team (including Business Analysts) Collaborate closely with Finance, Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Accounting, and Store Technology Manage external partners while maintaining strong internal ownership of platforms and integrations Build clear documentation, runbooks, and operational standards to support continued growth Required Experience 8+ years owning production business systems in retail, ecommerce, or consumer environments Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in complex, integrated environments Hands-on experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms Proven ownership of incidents, enhancements, and release cycles Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, and enterprise data structures Preferred Experience Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands Exposure to PLM, POS, or wholesale platforms Experience leading small internal teams and managing vendors Background supporting high-growth or startup-style organizations Estimated Min Rate: $98000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $140000.00 What's In It for You?
